UJ-Sahem - Volunteering Platform for University Students.

UJ-Sahem simplifies community engagement by allowing students to easily browse, register for, and track volunteering opportunities. Whether it’s helping local organizations, joining environmental initiatives, or participating in social causes, UJ-Sahem empowers students to make a positive impact with just a few taps. The platform provides a smooth and intuitive experience that encourages active participation and civic responsibility within the university community.

• Seamless Registration: Users can sign up for volunteering events directly through the app with a simple and fast registration flow.
• Activity Tracking: Volunteers can monitor their participation history and track hours of community service completed.

Ensuring smooth synchronization between users, organizations, and event data required efficient state management and real-time database structuring. Maintaining responsive performance across Android and iOS devices was also a core focus.

UJ-Sahem was developed as a functional prototype in collaboration with the Volunteering Department at the University of Jeddah. The project showcased the platform's potential to simplify community engagement and connect students with meaningful volunteering opportunities.
